- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very knowledgeable staff, always friendly, approachable and willing to answer any question you have about animals, no matter how silly it may seem to ask it. The animals in store are well cared for and the shop has some rescue animals they look after, which to me means a lot. If they are willing to help out rescue reptiles, no matter what condition they may be in. That shows they care for what they do. I went from a novice to having two snakes and maybe more, all thanks to Mike and Fiona who run the shop. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Told my daughter about all the different animals and why they are bred in captivity. Helped us find a suitable starter fish tank and advised us how to fill it up. We're going back in 5 days to test the water is right for the fish that we'll be buying next week.
