  Completely and utterly appalled by the way I was dealt with yesterday .phoned to discuss treatment for a long term condition and also a new problem I am suffering with.explained to the gp that the on going condition had settled on doubling up on one of my medications( only taken them 2 years to accomplish this).and that I wanted to sort out the new problem first which was causing me a lot of pain.this I thought was common sense and suffering with the new symptoms but settled on the on going condition.was then spoken to like a child as if I had no say in the treatment I am receiving as she said to sort old problem first.when I disputed this was basically told to look for another doctor.then when I phoned to complain to the practice manager .was told that we don't make appointments to see her it all has to be put in writing first. I have a lot of health problems and have seen many doctors but never in that time have I been so appalled. Highly recommend you do not register with this surgery please read there reviews
